This past Tuesday, December 2, Nitro celebrated his 6 month ampuversary! I can’t believe it’s been that long already! I guess time flies even when you’re not having a good time. 🙂
Seriously, he’s exceeded my wildest expectations of how well he’s doing as a Tripawd; he’s still so happy and full of life – he hops around like a puppy. Sometimes I’m almost afraid to acknowledge how well he’s doing, for fear of jinxing things. He’s even survived our first snow and ice of the season.
He’s got one more dose of chemo to get through in 2 weeks…here’s hoping to his continued success!

Way to kick butt Nitro. I can’t believe it’s been 6 months. Time goes too quick on this journey. He is doing amazing. I love it.
